Over the years our client has delivered tailor-made complex solutions for a broad range of applications, and is recognized for applying intelligent technologies to enhance today's world of refrigeration and cooling systems.

The Company is situated near the Danish/German border.



The Job

With reference to the Sales Director, and in close collaboration with VP sales, you will be responsible for a number of the company’s largest accounts.

This includes but does not limit to the following major challenges:

  • Achieve agreed targets and objectives with the aim of being the accounts most important compressor supplier
  • Be part of, and support, a turnaround of the business area and the company in general, acting as proactive change agent towards world class KAM
  • Be the facilitator of a complex multilinked relationship with the company’s most important accounts
  • Manage an efficient co-operation with other departments, KAM´s, etc.
  • Drive and develop the value proposition of the accounts and search for new opportunities at current and potential accounts


Your profile

The ideal candidate has a master degree in international trade combined with a good technical understanding and interest. Or alternatively a relevant engineering background – preferably with a commercial superstructure of specialized studies. We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of experience as KAM achieved in comparable organisations (mass production). Experience with handling large professional German customers is a requirement.

First and foremost you are “seeing it as a challenge to be in a turbulent environment without self written ways to survive”.

Further more, you are:

  • Characterized as a strong, result-oriented and persistent person who is able to follow up and ensure that appointments are kept and deadlines are met.
  • Motivated by ambitious goals and appreciates working in an innovative environment where success depends on the efforts you perform.
  • Naturally outgoing and come across as a competent and reliable partner. This means that you are capable of both creating and maintaining relations to customers and business partners.
  • Able to travel 30-50 days a year.

Finally, we expect you to communicate effortlessly in written as well as spoken English. German at a high level will be considered an advantage but is not an absolute requirement.
