Rikke´s experience is based on many years of work in the field of recruiting, outplacement, coaching, and professional consulting.
She has, successfully, solved several recruitment tasks for both Danish and international profiles. Since 2019 she has helped dismissed employees move on in their careers through outplacement processes at Curia. Her main competencies are within competency-specification, career goals, changing line of business, and recruitment processes.
