A unique senior position on a strategic level

In a newly created position, Solitwork is looking for a Head of Commercial & Business Development to help the company grow nationally and in Scandinavia. Solitwork aspires to grow considerably over the next 5 years adding to their product portfolio and employees without changing the DNA of the company. As Head of Commercial & Business Development, you will lead by example and be extensively involved in new client sales as well as development of existing clients.

In this position, you will develop Solitwork’s commercial activities and organisation. Solitwork is undergoing a transformation from being a consultancy company to a tech company and a transition from on premise to cloud.

Solitwork is transforming digital finance through the cloud-based software AFC-platform. The AFC-platform is a data driven platform aiming at transforming the work within the CFO area. The platform is a state-of-the-art intuitive platform which facilitates consolidation, budgeting, advanced analytics, AI/machine learning and business finance. All aiming at facilitating data driven decision making enhancing and improving the business for clients.

Your workplace will be at one of Solitwork’s offices either in Copenhagen or Aarhus. At first, the Head of Commercial & Business Development do not have staff responsibility.

Financial background with a strong commercial and service-oriented mindset

With reference to the CEO, your focus is to further strengthen Solitwork’s commercial activities. You may have attained your financial experience through previously positions as a senior position in financial services, the audit industry, or a background in consulting.

As a person, you strive to reach strong results by working independently and strategically. With your commercial mindset and strong communication skills, you enable to understand the business opportunities and you master to create and develop the right relationship with stakeholders and decision-makers.

It is highly important that you have a financial background, with a relevant higher education such as cand.merc., cand.oecon., or something similar of relevance.
