Experienced Social Media Specialist for growth journey

An exciting position in a newly established team

Kingsland is looking for a Social Media Specialist who will play an important role in the growth journey. You will be part of a new Marketing team and be responsible for executing social media activities across platforms.

Among other things, you will:

  • constantly drive, analyze, and improve the social media channels

  • further develop the social media strategy

  • drive channel strategy and content mix

  • maintain the tone of voice for each digital medium

  • drive social media KPI’s

  • engage with creative teams to constantly produce and improve content plans

  • structure campaign overview, executions, and monitoring performance for best practice

  • balance brand building and engagement

  • actively investigate and identify high-potential opportunities to test and incorporate into the channel mix

  • measure, analyze, and report the performance of all social media marketing campaigns and incremental impact on overall business goals

  • set up the structure for how to engage with customer feedback and engagement.

Ambitious social media geek

You are passionate about your profession and have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience from a similar position, where social media has been in focus. You have experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, which are the media platforms Kingsland is using at the moment - but at the same time, you are continuously open to new opportunities.

You have experience working with brands and you thrive with coordinating, planning, and executing. You have flair for analyzing and understanding data and organizing activities according to the data. If you are interested in equestrian sports, it is also a clear advantage but not a must.

In addition, you are:

  • highly driven - You are excited to put your theoretical knowledge into practice and to be part of a fast-paced marketing team and company

  • analytical - You are able to dive into and understand data and numbers and based on the insights able to optimize the setup

  • self-reliant/responsible - You can take responsibility for your own work.

You communicate fluently in English, both oral and written, and it is an advance if you are also able to communicate in Danish.
