Payroll Partner - Trackunit

We are looking for a new colleague, who we imagine will get energized from ensuring correct pay on time as well as providing the best possible service to the business in cooperation with your team. We will make sure that you’ll get daily professional challenges in an international context and support you in the best way possible in these challenges.

Primary responsibilities and a flexible setup

With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Kolding, Aarhus, and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility of working from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark.

Flexibility and hybrid working is not just a cliche to us or something we state in a job posting. We offer you a flexible setup and believe that you can best structure how your routines look in order for you to balance everything in your life.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Coordination and execution of payroll for DK employees (~200 white-collar)
  • Coordination of payroll with local agencies for our colleagues in EMEA and APJ (~50 white-collar)
  • Recording and reconciliation of payroll entries in Netsuite
  • Maintainance of accurate employee master data
  • Payroll reporting to finance management
  • Absence registration and reporting
  • Management of reimbursement in relation to employee illness, mater/paternity leave, etc.

Who are you ideally?

You structure and organize your work and are committed to delivering agreed results, maintaining control of the overall tasks and time schedule without losing focus on the details.

You:

  • are experienced in payroll processing
  • will be in contact with employees and leaders, mainly from EMEA, and support them with questions, cases, etc.
  • perform work with care, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • actively seek to improve processes, making sure that we work smarter
  • speak and write English at a business level
  • feel comfortable in a changing environment that can be fast-paced from time to time.

Don't meet every single requirement? No worries - this is what we're looking for ideally, but if you're super excited about this role and your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.

What's in it for you?

We offer you:

  • A position where your expertise will come into play and be a highly valuable Payroll Partner.
  • The possibility to develop your position towards the support of our People and Talents team in HR-related tasks or support of our finance team in finance-related tasks, including being part of a journey in the implementation of a new HRIS platform.
  • An international environment with an informal management structure and transparent communication.
  • Great development opportunities through i.e. training, coaching, and mindfulness. We know that personal and professional development probably means a lot to you. It’s a shared responsibility and is important to us. We facilitate it through impact conversations, where we shape a learning path together every three months.

We are committed to creating and contributing to an inclusive workplace. We practice what we preach by advocating for female leadership in our organization and have an internal TIDE (Trackunit Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity) community. Creating diversity in the construction industry is a long-term goal and we would be happy to have you support us in working towards this company and industry initiative.

We are on the journey towards eliminating downtime, altogether – our colleagues who are a part of Trackunit are acknowledged and a huge part of reaching our goals. Therefore, we offer you to be part of our long-term incentive program at Trackunit.
