About the role

Swisspearl are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to take full ownership of financial reporting, controlling, and operational finance support. This role requires strong financial expertise, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive mindset to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in financial reporting, controlling, and liquidity management. You will work closely with our Shared Service Center (SSC) and be responsible for developing collaboration with the accounting team. This position has no direct reports but requires close coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilites

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance – Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting, with full ownership of key accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial integrity.
  • Warehouse & Inventory Management – Oversee financial aspects of inventory control, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accurate stock valuation.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Prepare monthly reports, budgets, and financial forecasts in collaboration with management, ensuring clear financial insights for decision-making.
  • Liquidity Management – Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring proper planning and forecasting of liquidity needs.
  • Collaboration with Shared Service Center (SSC) – Work directly with the SSC accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations, process improvements, and enhanced collaboration.
  • ERP & Systems Knowledge – Experience with D365 is highly beneficial; ability to optimize financial reporting tools and processes.

We are looking for a candidate with strong financial acumen, a solid professional background, and a proactive mindset to help drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial operations. The ideal candidate has a relevant academic background and thrives in complex, international, or manufacturing-oriented environments.

Key qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role – preferably within an international or manufacturing/logistics setting
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and compliance requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems – familiarity with D365 or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on data accuracy
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to identify issues and drive improvements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – able to work effectively across teams including Group Finance, senior management, sales, and Shared Service Center
