Hanne Lendal

With many years of leadership experience at several levels – including executive management – Hanne has built a solid foundation of expertise, which she applies in her work with recruitment and outplacement processes. Her background gives her a unique ability to understand both the needs of companies and the personal situations of candidates.

For 25 years, Hanne has worked with continuing and further education, with a particular focus on the private labor market, giving her in-depth knowledge of the challenges faced by both businesses and candidates.

Hanne is an active member of the business network Erhvervsnetværk 9220, where she serves on the board and contributes to the network’s development. Here, she uses her experience to create value for both members and the local business community. Her board work includes making strategic decisions as well as strengthening collaboration among companies in the area.

She works in a positive and appreciative manner, drawing on coaching and profile analyses, and is dedicated to creating a smooth, professional process – both when finding the right employee and when supporting people as they face new opportunities in their careers.
